This past January I launched my own coaching business I am the founder of Simpson Laird & Co. limited. I focus on coaching individuals and professionals through leadership, growth, and transition. This work deepens the ability to understand people, navigate change, and lead with clarity and empathy. Creator of the signature “Moonshot Map” goal-setting system, helping entrepreneurs scale and expand their businesses with intention.
