do you know why the phoenix bird is so legendary it burns and then it falls but it always rises again stronger than ever before just like us I almost didn't make it not because I wasn't strong enough we're all strong enough but because I stayed too long in a life that was silently killing me buried under the weight of a white picket fence that looked Picture Perfect on the outside but on the inside I was drowning I played it safe put on a mask and convinced myself that survival was enough but survival isn't enough is it October 20th 2018 I hit rock bottom 60 lbs

overweight 4 months postpartum Paralyzed by anxiety and panic disorder and trapped in a toxic marriage I could barely even leave my house I sat in a nursery glider breastfeeding a baby who just refused to nap as the rest of the world seemed to carry on without me tears streamed down my face as I silently begged the universe for a sign some sort of confirmation that I was meant to stay even for just one more day and then a tiny voice broke through the Darkness as my toddler Isabella knocked in the nursery room door mama I need you that was it now I had heard those

four tiny words many times before believe me but that day they hit different she needed me they needed me and for the first time in what felt like forever I needed me that moment it lit a spark and Sparks they start fires seven years later I didn't just survive I thrived I lost the 60 lbs I went to therapy and I left my marital home away from everything I once knew with my two little girls and just our Basics and from the the ground up we rebuilt along the way I reconnected with the love of my life Brad our family's Earth Angel and today he

shows us what love adventure and true Freedom are supposed to look like looking back I realized something the biggest risk I ever took wasn't leaving my old life mm- it was deciding that I was worth more and that that was terrifying but without risk there's no growth without risk there's no magic so hear me now no matter how dark today feels no matter how stuck that you think you are you are one decision away from rewriting your entire story one decision away from calling yourself out on your own because that's what this comes down to a choice now to anyone sitting in their own version

of that Nursery glider questioning their worth doubting their next move listen to me you are needed you are worthy and you are capable of so much more than just survival take the risk leap because the reward it's not just a better life no it's Unstoppable Unapologetic on fire version of you the Phoenix doesn't rise by accident it rises because it refuses to stay down it rises because the fire didn't destroy it it transformed it and so can you so will you now rise thank you
