in the year 2020 on my birthday i'm all alone on my parents terrace gazing at the starlit sky suddenly i saw two stars together that brought both a smile and tears in my eyes my first birthday since i lost both my parents during the pandemic i heard that become stars the stars felt like my parents whom i'm missing so badly on my birthday now i got to choose whether i suffer their loss or try to find joy three years ago i attended a yoga program called inner engineering i learned tools to be joyful even during challenging times i continued practicing these tools by the time

i finished my days yoga tears of joy and ecstasy would wash my cheeks being joyful i was able to overcome the loss of my parents still there is loneliness and longing to share the love that is overflowing my heart i wanted to do something to feel my dad's love and honor him i heard about a mountain trek in south india that my dad always wanted to do i signed up for it thinking i climbed the 144 floors of the cn tower thrice this should be easy now i don't have anyone in my life who are worried about my safety the trek started at 11 pm

one of the rules is you can go barefoot as i started climbing i noticed there are no stairs like the cn tower the route is filled with stones boulders and pebbles it took me two hours to climb the first of the total seven hills by the time i reached the top of the seventh hill it was 8 am the next day over the top it was nothing short of paradise standing among the clouds with breathtaking views of the valleys i started my written journey at 10 am by the time i returned back to the camp it was 7 pm i enjoyed the total track even

though my souls were blue scraped and fallen when i returned to the camp i noticed there was a young lady by name pawitra i came to know she is only one of the two women who are part of the organizing team as you were all masked up i did not notice anything the next day the only place you get to unmask the diner i looked at her our eyes locked and she gave a beautiful smile i felt as if the cupid had shot a million arrows at me my heart that was lonely suddenly got wings to fly i only managed to say goodbye before leaving
