Jan Frolic is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for advocacy. After 20 years in media and advertising, Jan has used the last 6 years honing both her advocacy & entrepreneurial skills as VP of Women of Influence Worldwide Inc., a global organization working for the advancement of women in the workplace. Jan has a focus on inclusion & the need for systemic change in how we view traditional gender roles. Jan is the Co-Founder of Boypro-ject an organization that creates in-school curriculum around masculinity. Jan's first love is to raise happy, kind, socially aware kids into socially responsible adults.
Jan has judged a Speaker Slam® competition, scoring speakers on story, delivery and impact.
