Selected as the first recipient of the Kim Phuc Youth Award for Peace, She’s also a 6x UN Youth Delegate and Ontario Regional Advisor for the Canadian Council of Young Feminists. Kasha's a We Are Family Foundation's Global Teen Leader, was selected by WE.org for their inaugural social entrepreneurship incubator, is a 2018 Yunus & Youth fellow & founder of The Global Sunrise Project. Her documentary, The Sunrise Storyteller, premiered at the UN in 2017, screened at 55+ festivals & won 28 awards, including the Ron Kovic Peace Prize.
Kasha has judged a Speaker Slam® competition, scoring speakers on story, delivery and impact.
