On June 1st, 2026, ten years into Speaker Slam®, co-founder Rina Rovinelli sent the community an email with the subject line "After 10 Years, We're Breaking Our Own Model."
The message was an invitation to a live session the following evening, June 2nd, with a promise: "I'm pulling back the curtain on the evolution of Speaker Slam and what we're building next. If you are wanting to get paid to speak, this is the session for you."
What Was Announced
That session, How to Become a Bookable Speaker, launched Momentum Speakers, the agency built on a decade of Speaker Slam®. The training, brand building, publicity, certifications, and career architecture that had grown up around the competition became a dedicated home for speakers who want to turn one stage into a body of work.

The Road Here
