And as someone who has lived in 16 different countries including Ashrams in India and vans in New Zealand, shaved her head, and bungee jumped in her birthday suit?!?), she walks her talk. As the creator of 'Spark Your G.E.N.I.U.S. and founder of ‘Women Living BIG’, she is on a mission to get folks get out of their comfort zones, excelling in their businesses and careers, and achieving what they never thought possible.
Ian Keeling

Ian Keeling is an author, actor and corporate coach. His first novel, The Skids, won the 2017 Copper Cylinder Award for Excellence in Canadian Literature of the Fantastic. He’s on the faculty at The Second City in Toronto and is a speaker-coach with Talk Boutique. In over twenty years of corporate workshop facilitation, he’s worked with hundreds of clients, including: Rolls Royce, Ernst and Young, Deloitte, Bell Canada, The Rotman School of Management, and various municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government.
Marsha Druker
Community Builder, Marketer
Marsha Druker is the Founder and Director of Fuckup Nights Toronto, a community that de-stigmatizes business failure. Before getting into community building, Marsha held various Marketing and PR roles in companies ranging from consumer packaged goods to tech startups. Her experience living and working abroad inspired her to start Fuckup Nights Toronto. Marsha likes to read, listen to podcasts and explore new places. Between trips, you’ll find her being a tourist in Toronto, scoping out the art scene and best places to eat.
