facilitates conversations and experiences for people to connect to their creativity in spaces and places that seek to foster creative wellness (hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, workplaces, with child and youth groups in camps, schools post-secondary institutions, and special events and conferences). Nerissa is an artist of many forms, and has been singing, painting and drawing all her life. Because art has not limits, she's not one to impose them on herself. As the Founder of Artlet, Toronto's hottest arts and wellness, Nerissa hosts events for people to express their creativity, with community. As an international singer and performer, she performs for special events, parties and music festivals across North America. When not singing or facilitating events, Nerissa spends her time helping others find their voice and own their power to have confidence to express who they are on any stage, and in any situation.

is a Happiness & Wellness Coach, and the creator of Embrace You and The Happiness Goddess. Vita has over 20 years experience as a teacher, presenter and a facilitator of holistic and corporate wellness retreats and workshops. She is a certified “Happiness Coach” graduate, of a program taught by Dr. Robert Holden, one of the world's most sought-after experts in the field of positive psychology and well-being. Vita has earned a Certificate as a C.N.H.P ~ Certified Natural Holistic Practitioner from The Transformational Arts College in Toronto, and is an active RYT ~ Registered Yoga Teacher, and Mindfulness Meditation Coach, integrating both Holistic Wellness and applied Happiness and Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Techniques into her coaching practice. She is a graduate of the 9-Week Intensive Mindfulness Meditation Course at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto based on studies by Jon Kabat-Zinn from Harvard University and incorporates much of these teachings into her own self care practice. Born a Philosopher in the middle East, moved into the western hemisphere in 2005 and have been experiencing the Ying and Yang lifestyle ever since. Been writing about Philosophy since the age of 7, been consciously aware that I was writing philosophically since 2007, this was also the time I stated expressing myself through poetry. Martial artist for approx 4 years. Yogini since 2006, Recent Yoga Teacher graduate. Active Circle Keeper within Peacebuilders since 2013, a Non-Profit collaborative working with Youth under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) facilitating Peace circles as a way of implementing a healing process and restoring peace within the Legal system. Have worked on a number of Yoga empowering projects for youth across the GTA; mixing movement and philosophical life discussions titled as "LifeChatz" to engage youth and connect with themselves physically, emotionally and recognizing their boundaries. In the process of putting together drum meditations for events hosted by socially innovative entrepreneurs across the GTA, conducting future Yoga empowering projects for Youth called and working on my audio Book of spoken word pieces, titled "Queendome".
