I am a former competitive boxer & currently the FIRST & only female professional ring announcer in Canada! Beyond the ring, I am a mindset & empowerment coach who encourages people to find their metaphorical fighter within because when you think like a fighter, you live like a CHAMP!

I am a Mom that juggles all the things. I am an eternal optimist. I believe in making a positive impact in this world, spreading smiles, and inspiring others. I believe that each and every one of us has everything we need inside ourselves to reach our own "summit", whatever that might be. I love the outdoors. Nature is my church. I love this life that I get to create and live!

A Toronto-based creative strategist and performing artist, Kristin has channeled her 20+ years of eclectic marketing and events experience to help entrepreneurs "humanize the hype" – increasing their brand reach by infusing their current marketing strategy with authentic, creative messaging that supports their unique narrative. She is fiercely passionate about the accessibility of low-barrier mental healthcare, and the sustainable (and affordable) accessibility of plant-based nutrition.

I have fallen in love with authenticity and am not afraid of sharing all parts of my story, even the parts I fought to keep secret for many years. I am a fierce advocate on issues impacting body image and self esteem and have accepted the fact that will never be "traditional" or live a life that others might expect.
