Impact: The Best Speeches We Had Ever Had

Impact closed out the regular 2022 season, and it was a massive success. In seven years of running Speaker Slam®, these were the best speeches we had ever had. Three speakers earned their spot at the Grand Slam on November 19th, 2022, and the entire top ten was brilliant.

The competition was held online, with speakers bringing the best of themselves to the stage despite a few power failures along the way.

1st Place: Penny Casselman

Penny blew everyone out of the water with a powerful, poignant speech.

2nd Place: Jen Liss

Jen brought a fresh, unique storytelling angle and showed the room how it is done.

3rd Place: Warren Falkenstein

Warren pushed through his own adversity to be a beautiful voice for everyone who is struggling. He is making exactly the impact he wants to make in this world.

4th Place: Tydrick Pore rounded out the top four, bringing the power despite the power failures.

The community was, as always, mind blowing. With Impact wrapped, the road led to the 2022 Grand Slam, held alongside the Momentum Conference on November 18th and 19th at the CBC Glenn Gould Studio.
